All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors.

5. Orders and Cancellations

• We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Customers will be notified and refunded where applicable.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

• Pat Thomas iCare Pro does NOT provide Apple manufacturer warranty.
• Products are sold with store-limited warranty only where explicitly stated.
• Warranty (if any) covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, water damage, power surges, or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from us.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, images, and materials remain the property of Pat Thomas iCare Pro.
